DATA ANALYTICS FOR SENIOR LEADERS

Service Description

The Data Analytics for Senior Leaders support service provides a customized one on one experience of assisting leaders to identify meaningful data, the processes of cleaning the data, and various methods of data analysis and interpretation. We work with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) virtually, and on-site when requested, to create the supporting framework that enables all levels of leaders to perform quality data collection and analysis for critical organizational roles and decision making processes. We work with your current systems (ERP/MES) to support you in achieving your end goals. Many clients only need a "boost" in skills with,for example, MS Excel or designing powerful data visualizations, while other clients need an emphasis on process design/mapping and support with Oracle/SQL queries. Additionally, we work with you to maximize the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), where and when appropriate. We are dedicated to working in parallel with you to customize the product to your specific needs. This work can be accomplished in person if in the Charlotte, NC area or remotely via Zoom for global clients. This package allows the client to purchase a quantity of hours that can be scheduled and used as needed. This enables the client to receive "just in time" services to support business goals.
